It doesn’t get much better then this when visiting Naples. The house is amazing, with room for extended family or friends. We stayed here as a family of 5 & invited both of our parents. So that’s 9 & still had so much room. Drew & Chanel took amazing care of us & were assessable at all times for any questions. The location is awesome! Walks to the beach are easy & great area for a bike ride. Along with it being an amazing location for restaurants & parks. We will be renting here yearly.

Excellent rental in great location! Close to everything – beach, restaurants, shopping, zoo, and on and on. Easily accommodated 9 people with plenty of space. Owners provided everything we could’ve asked for and more. Kids have already asked when we can go back (And they are tough to please, trust me). We’ll definitely be back…pencil us in for next year!

It is a wonderful house with ten-foot ceilings, like a luxury hotel. There was plenty of space for my wife and myself, our children and spouses, and all of our grandchildren. We prepared our meals in the well-equipped kitchen and enjoyed the pool and hot tub. It is an excellent location, an easy drive or walk to Delnor-Wiggins Pass State Park, and Vanderbilt Beach is close. Chanel, the manager, was always available by telephone, and stopped by once to answer some questions. The rates are very reasonable for a house this large and nice. On other summers we have had to rent two apartments to accommodate everyone. We recommend this house highly, and expect to be back.

We rented this house to get ready in for an event we had! AMAZING!!! Everything was perfect! Very comfy, clean and right near the beach!
